Advert: Storyboard

Below is the storyboard I did for the SKOL Advert


1.) Couple sat watching a chick flick at home, Girlfriend is crying at the movie



2.) Man is bored



3.) Girl falls asleep, man bored still.



4.) Man thinks back to earlier that Day



5.) His Friend called him up, he says that are going to watch the Match and drink SKOL.



6.) His Friend

7.) He can't go, he chooses to stay at home with his girlfriend to watch a movie.


8.) Man decides to call his friend to see what he is up too.


9.) His friend's house, he has his other mates round. The phone has been knocked off and so they don't have the call come through, a few bottles of SKOL on the side. They drink the SKOL.

10.) No Answer, man sighs.

11.) Tagline: Always Choose SKOL or else. Simple but effective, straight to the point.

Below is an example of what my final design when using Pictograms would look like, I need to make it more interesting for the audience to look at.

I Love BEER Poster

Below is the perfect example of using Pictograms when it comes to beer and alcohol, this is the I LOVE BEER poster which features different situations in which beer is involved in and what can happen to you if you drink it. It's simple but comes to life with the fresh and bright colours.

I've been doing a study on Pictograms for the past few weeks and have been thinking of including it into my own version of advertising SKOL. it's a simple way but effective, can be funny and easy for the audience to understand. Examples are below:-

After Peer Assessment

After my peer assessment I've decided to re-think the whole website, I need to go back and re-design it. I don't want to include my own drawn photos of the product as in my images it doesn't show the products completely. I'm going to use an image online of the product and enhance it using photoshop.



My feedback was for my to do more ideas, I need to storyboard an advert, also think of other ways I can advertise Skol.

Skol Beer: New Image

I created a new image using CORAL PAINT SHOP PRO X, the image is a pint glass of SKOL BEER, I'm going to use this for my website which I'm creating using powerpoint as a simple presentation of it and not an actual website. Below you will see the image, I can easily correct it or edit it.
